1. Introduction & Scope

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the kj444 platform and all of its services. When you create an account, log in, or use any service on kj444, you are automatically considered to have accepted these Terms.

Anyone who does not agree with these Terms is requested to refrain from using any of the services. kj444 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after amended Terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.

          Important: This platform is for individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older only. No account will receive full service until age verification is completed.
        

2. Account Registration & Identity Verification

Eligibility Requirements

The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
Each person may open one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
You must register with accurate and truthful information — providing false information may result in account termination.
Accounts may not be transferred or sold to any third party.

Identity Verification (KYC)

kj444 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time for security and fraud prevention purposes. A national ID card, passport, or other government-issued document may be requested for verification. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify the kj444 support team immediately. kj444 will not be liable for any losses resulting from third-party use of your account.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal & Payment Policy

Deposit Terms

The following methods may be used to deposit funds on the kj444 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳200.

Deposited funds must come from a payment method owned by the account holder.
Deposits made through third parties are not accepted and may be returned.
No bonus will apply until the deposit amount is verified.

Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. After a withdrawal request is verified, processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

The withdrawal method must match the deposit method.
Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
kj444 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
Large withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

Currency & Taxes

All transactions on kj444 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Any applicable taxes, duties, or other government charges are the user's responsibility. kj444 does not provide tax advice.

4. Bonus & Promotional Offers

Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000.

          Wagering Requirement: The bonus amount must be wagered 10 times. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 in wagers must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement applies to the bonus amount only, not the deposit.
        

If the deposit is withdrawn after accepting the bonus, the bonus may be cancelled.
A user may receive the welcome bonus once only.

General Bonus Policy

kj444 reserves the right to change or cancel any active bonus or promotional offer at any time. If bonus abuse or fraud is detected, kj444 reserves the right to forfeit the bonus from the account concerned and to suspend the account. Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

Betting Terms

kj444 offers various gaming services including sports betting, live casino, slots, and fishing games. Every bet placed is considered final and cannot be cancelled except in the case of a technical error.

Bets cannot exceed your available balance.
For sports betting, the betting window may close before an event begins.
If a bet is cancelled due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.
kj444 reserves the right to investigate suspicious betting patterns.

Match Fixing & Fraud

Participating in match fixing, collusion (coordinated fraud by multiple users), or any form of dishonest activity is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, all winnings on the account concerned will be forfeited and the account may be permanently closed.

Game Outcomes

kj444 games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. No platform authority interferes with game outcomes. If you have a dispute regarding any game result, please contact customer support.

6. VIP Program & Cashback

kj444's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate differs at each tier:

Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Reaching a higher tier depends on the user's regular activity and loyalty. VIP benefits may change at any time. Cashback funds will be credited directly to your account and standard wagering requirements may apply.

7. Responsible Gaming Terms

kj444 is firmly committed to responsible gambling. Users of the platform must remember that gambling is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. kj444 does not provide services to the following individuals:

Persons under 21 years of age
Those suffering from a gambling addiction problem
Those on the prohibited list

Complaints & Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint, please contact our customer support team first. kj444 will endeavour to review all valid complaints within a reasonable timeframe. If a complaint is not resolved, it may be taken through the applicable legal channels.

10. Account Closure & Service Termination

A user may close their own account at any time by submitting a request to customer support. Any outstanding balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.

kj444 reserves the right to close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

Violation of the Terms
Fraud or suspicious activity
Providing a false identity or false information
Operating multiple accounts
Bonus abuse

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus funds may be forfeited.

11. Applicable Law & Miscellaneous

Amendments to the Terms

kj444 may update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes by email or through a platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered consent to the new Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between kj444 and the user. If any part of this document is found to be invalid, the remaining parts will continue to be in effect. A delay or failure to enforce any term will not be considered a waiver of that term.
